I wonder how many of you might jump to the conclusion that Shawn's mother is dead. Silly readers, I never said that.

This comic is important, since (long story short) I end up using a recolored Brendan sprite for Shawn for a while (which I thankfully figure out isn't a good idea eventually). To make it seem less lazy, I do this. Should I ever remake some more of the earlier comics, though, I do intend to use this sprite instead, since it doesn't quite look like a recolor anymore… a little. At least the hair is different. I can't change him too much without causing a plot hole…
