Okay, so I've been practicing a lot more with Paint.NET, and it really helped convey the effect I wanted here. Well, the word bubbles are still Powerpoint effectsd, and the original MS Paint is still used to some degree, but other than that, the comic quality has drastically improved since comic one.

And don't worry abut Bklcbkl. He'll get a good slapping from Nozo (Pikachu) in comic fourteen.
