Oooooooh… Looks like I didn't retcon Eevee's Hyper Beam out of the story after all… Now we have a tiny little mystery on our hands…

Yes, I know this is so late… Also, I was originally going to make a reference to the Pokemon Manga and have Arbok be split in half. There are 2 reasons I ended up changing this. 1: It would've been a pain in the butt to draw. 2: Having a powerful beam creating a hole made more sense anyway.

One last thing, I hate drawing Jessie…
