Now to the question Private Military Contractors (PMCs) are corperations hired in a time of war. Now this would sound like a good idea if they didn't commit war crimes and blame it on the government. This has happened with BlackwaterUSA and several others in Kosovo, Bosnia, Several countries in Africa, and Iraq. In Iraq a group from Ireland started doing drive-by-shootings in Baghdad, blaming it on the US military. In Kosovo A group called Executive Operations had a underground prison where it regularly beat up and killed its prisoners. They blamed it on the UN this time.
