The two sides of the Ivorian civil war have finally agreed to disarm and unifiy. The African Country of Ivory Coast plunged into civil war back in '02 and the country has been awash in war crimes and disgusting rights violations ever since.
Both sides regularly killed anyone who supported the other side. Heres a good BBC article on the Issue:

Will this African nation finally find peace? Probably not. Its Africa after all.
