so…..aparently my electrical "terminator" time-travel-bubble didn't quite come out right. but with no explanation, Jer is back and now he is a mutha f***ing CYBORG!!

we are also introduced to a fourth character (YES, Chia is a character), Haysoose. Jeff's "yes" man and side kick. the updated version of him is WAY f***ing doofy-er looking than the original design. and while it looks out of place and crude, that shit makes me chuckle like a little boy, so i'm keeping it.
