HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!

here is the cover page for chapter 2. i realized that i have a "splash page" that is in essence a cooler cover than this….but i don't actually have a cover page for this chapter!! so i whipped this one up this afternoon on my break at work.

i wanted to capture the "essence" of the central plot of the next chapter, without spoiling any of the random plot elements. :) i think it works, and it is a bit ominous!!
