so, the "comic" in this page is an actual scan of the "circulated" second issue of PJ. i had NOTHING to do with this becoming circulated. i don't even own the original drawings to this…they were all lost that same year. this cover art was done by johnny (the likeness of the same johnny featured in PJ) and i felt it would be a nice nod to him by including it in this crazy retelling/reboot of the second chapter.
2 quick notes:
1)drawing a ficticious can of trash was a lot more difficult than i thought it would be when i agreed to put the second book in the garbage (where it belongs?)……i spent a few hours just inking in random pieces of trash. not fun. and as such…..will's soccer jersey is not as awesome as i wanted it to be.

2) the actual pages of the book that is being read are the actual scans of the book that was drawn some ott years ago. while the art is passable…it is meant to be viewed as a "window into history" as per the flashbacks and recollections of will and johnny. i think it will be obvious to everyone which pages are old and which are new.
