okay, we're finally back in action!
what happened?…..well, i'll get to that in a moment, but first….the new page…

with this page, i had drawn up 2 separate images of the doll in the microwave. one of the demonic face and the other of the regular doll. it was decided that the actual doll was a bit creepier.

…as to what happened, well, the short version: i got a NASTY computer virus and had been without access to the net with my computer. here is the long story…so feel free to skip this if you're not really interested: working on these past few pages got me feeling nostalgic to the cable access show that we all worked on when i was in college. in the second episode of the show, we debuted the demon "jordan" doll running on a killing spree (which is the inside joke to the jordan doll attempting the same here). and i got this crazy idea in my head (jer, i was gonna call you on this once i created the 6 minute pilot…..), what IF i took the basic concept of that show, streamlined the humor, and took it to a flash-animation format to put it on the web. i kicked the idea around with a few friends and got some "aspiring" actors and actresses at my job that agreed to do some voice overs for free, and i set off to aquire some flash software. in a drunken haze, i found a copy of adobe flash from one of the torrent haxorz sites i frequent. i think you can tell where this is going. turns out, the full version copy i "aquired" was not the afore mentioned flash program, but a nice big trojan file attached to a "HD video player" (which gave it a HUGE file size) that then in turn tried to hijack my net. i luckily restricted my net access before i tried to install it, but it was in vain, because it had already ransacked my DNS server entries. long story short….right now, i'm running on a shakey, bootlegged rig with an aux lan card. but it will hold me over until i finish wiping my harddrive and doing a total re-install. sigh.
