this is a new page. in the original pages, it immediately transitioned to the vanilla ice show. i always felt that change was too abrupt. it basically skimmed over an entire week of story time for a couple of lame jokes. this chapter ran an entire 15 pages, and ended on an unnecessary cliff-hanger (because i never got around to finishing the end of the chapter and just started on the following one and tied up the ending with a nice "this is what happened before" bow).

which has then left us with the task of ACTUALLY drawing and writing those events that "just happened to take place but are left unsaid" but still make the story fun, and co-incide with what happens to these characters between this chapter and the next. confused? don't worry, so am i. what does it all mean?

we're writing some very small adventures featuring the major players and showing how things fell into place. i hope it plays out. i tried to keep the art somewhat consistent with the rest of the art in this chapter, so bare with me on that.
