the second panel in this page is a nod to one of jeremiah's "jeff comics" i think it was called "jeff quest: the search for friends".
as the drunkenpaladin put it….it alludes to the relationship of jeff and the ice man. in his rendition of this, however, vanilla ice had a ball and chain around his ankle. Jason and i had talked about adding in a ball and chain to the panel, but when i tried it, it just didn't look right to me.
