You had yet to see Natsumi in official princess garb. As the artist, I make it a strong point to have Natsumi's clothes match her brightness and enthusiasm as E.J. writes her to be. Yeah, that explains the power cord as a belt, right? no??Natagiwagi is an exotic place, and so their princess should have the most special clothes designed for her. :3
