Chicken of the Sea and Tuna of the Land
professormariachi onBuck Buck Buck Blub
It's always seemed curious to me that tuna's get such bad rap. Don't eat them while pregnant, they say. Don't feed them to little kids, they say. They mess with hormone levels because of toxins, they say. Well what about all the other food that's pumped full of toxins? Chemically altered? You can't tell me that's fair. Poor tuna gets excluded from the good old gang at the grocery store. I for one propose a strike towards all chemically altered/high in toxin foods. And hey, it's a great diet plan. You'd lose a lot of weight. Because organic is expensive, so you'd be able to afford less food to eat. Great plan! Fantastic! But in all seriousness, I never understood why tuna was called the chicken of the sea. It doesn't taste like chicken to me. Not even like brined chicken. So I don't know. Your metaphors are really up to your own discretion. Happy Thursday.
