In the original original script, I didn't have a specific place where Alana vomits the second time. It was only recently when making thumbnails for this chapter and I was like “WHAT IF SHE VOMITS ON TIARA'S HAND?! I SHOULD DO THAT”. And voila.
The one aspect Tiara didn't study enough on was sayings specific to the Terrestrial Dimension.
