The room probably should have been gray based on the color palette when the lasers were going, but I thought I'd go green to have a big contrast.
Sometimes I try to portray friction between Annie and her father, partly because I think they are probably somewhat similar.  Annie said that she tricked them into letting her into the project, and he might often regret that she's putting herself into danger.
