Hey, Reaping Pelow didn't have that move in PDSFV ESC!!! Anyway Dead Eye wasn't drawn fully due to the fact that my friend made Dead Eye, and so he wants to draw him PERFECT. So I just made Dead Eye in the shadow. My friend drew the eyes, as you can tell thats not my drawing style.
