THIS MATERIAL WAS ADDED TO THE BOOK AFTER I PRINTED PROMOTIONAL COPIES OF ISSUE #1. I FELT NICK NEEDED A LITTLE HUMAN MOMENT, AND SO I CHARGED OZZY TO DRAW THIS SCENE FOR ME. IT'S ONE OF THOSE RARE TIMES WHEN I WRITE PLOT-FIRST. I PUT THE DIALOGUE IN AFTER I GOT THE FINISHED PAGES.

PAGE ONE: Nick emerges from his bathroom wearing the pajamas that you have him in after the dream sequence. He sits on his bed. Upon seeing his guitar, he picks it up and prepares to play.
