Panel 1. Wide Shot. NICK is walking down his sidewalk, pondering to himself about the day’s recent events.

NICK (thought): THIS HAS BEEN JUST ALL TOO WEIRD.

NICK (thought): FIRST THERE WAS THAT GOD AWFUL– SEIZURE? VISION?

NICK (thought): …THEN ALMOST GETTING FLATTENED BY THAT TRUCK.

NICK (thought): THEN HAVING ABOUT THE STRANGEST NIGHTMARE EVER. WAKING UP WITH THIS WEIRD–WHATEVER IT IS–IN MY HEAD…

NICK (thought): …I DON’T EVEN WANNA KNOW IF THAT HOSPITAL THING WAS REAL.

Panel 2. Zoom in on NICK, in the foreground, looking at the subway station in the distance. He has a sly look on his face as if he’s about to try something pretty swift.

NICK (thought): HMMM…

NICK (thought): CALL ME CRAZY, BUT IT SEEMS THAT EVERY TIME I’VE THOUGHT ABOUT BEING SOMEWHERE ELSE, I’VE MIRACULOUSLY HAVE BEEN ABLE TO…

NICK: …I WONDER–

Panel 3. Medium Shot. NICK’S energy signature, as he has just teleported away.

SFX (NICK vanishing):vvvVVIP!!

Panel 4. Medium Shot. NICK has appeared at the subway station, directly in front of the turnstiles.

SFX (NICK reappearing):vvvVVIP!!

NICK: SWEET!

Panel 5. Same Angle. NICK has disappeared again.

SFX (NICK vanishing):vvvVVIP!!

Panel 6. Medium Shot. NICK reappears on the subway platform. A train is already on its way out of the station, and NICK is looking very pleased with himself.

SFX (NICK reappearing):vvvVVIP!!

NICK (thought): FANTASTIC! I’M GETTING EVEN MORE CONTROL OF IT NOW. IT SEEMS THAT AS LONG AS I KNOW WHERE I’M GOING, I CAN SIMPLY “WISH” MYSELF THERE.
