PAGE SIX (Five Panels). Page Summary: NICK seriously freaks out and demands STOLTZ for answers.

Panel 1. Medium Shot. NICK and STOLTZ rematerialize in what’s left of STOLTZ’s original lab, the center of a sizeable crater. We see more of the failed time experiment’s destruction, as pretty much the whole surrounding area has been laid waste (we see remains of the lab, perhaps Steinner’s and Zimmer’s charred corpses, etc.). STOLTZ is doubled over in excruciating pain, and NICK is behind him vomiting.

SFX (both reappear): vvvvVVVIPP!!

STOLTZ: AAAAAUUCK!

NICK: OH, GOD, GONNA—

SFX (NICK puking): BLEEEEAARRGH!!

Panel 2. Closer on NICK, who is wiping vomit from his mouth, with one hand, and removing his bandana with the other, revealing his Quantum.

NICK: UUSH–I’VE NEEDED TO DO THAT FOR A LEAST AN HOUR.

NICK: NOW…

Panel 3. Close Shot. NICK, bandana off, has grabbed STOLTZ by the lapels, and is screaming at him.

NICK (burst): …YOU MIND TELLING ME WHO THE HELL YOU ARE??

NICK: AND WHAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING TO ME? I KNOW BY THAT DAMN ROCK IN YOUR CHEST YOU KNOW SOMETHING ABOUT ALL THIS!

Panel 4. Another angle. NICK has let go of STOLTZ, but is still infuriated. STOLTZ is still recovering.

NICK: I EVEN HEARD YOUR VOICE IN MY HEAD FOR A SECOND…

NICK: …SO WHAT THE HELL IS ALL OF THIS? WHERE THE HELL AM I? AND WHO THE FUCK ARE YOU?

Panel 5. Zoom in. NICK is pointing at a weary STOLTZ, threatening him as STOLTZ makes his way towards a nearby first aid kit.

STOLTZ: ACH–WAIT…WAIT.

STOLTZ: I’M STILL IN SHOCK MYSELF.
