PAGE TWENTY (Four Panels). Page Summary: STOLTZ explains to BILLY about quest to repair time. BILLY is mostly oblivious, because he’s whacked out of his mind on all the booze and drugs he’s both created and ingested. Hide FROSCH’S SPY in background. The party is still going on.

Panel 1. Medium Shot. STOLTZ is attempting to explain the situation to an oblivious BILLY as NICK surveys the accompanying party scene and all of the chemicals that BILLY’S created.

STOLTZ: LOOK, MY FRIEND, I BELIVE I CAN EXPLAIN WHAT’S HAPPENED TO YOU. YOU SEE–

NICK: JESUS!

NICK: ARE THESE SHROOMS??

BILLY: heehee…

Panel 2. Another Angle. BILLY keels over, finally giving into his chemically induced stupor. NICK is there to steady the newest of the trio as STOLTZ gives up trying to explain anything to BILLY.

BILLY: ooooohohohohh…

NICK: WHOOP!

NICK: WELL I THINK THAT’S ABOUT IT FOR ONE NIGHT, DOC.

Panel 3. Zoom out. NICK and STOLTZ survey their surroundings.

NICK: TO TELL YOU THE TRUTH, I’M PRETTY SPENT MYSELF.

STOLTZ: WHAT SAY WE FIND A PLACE TO TAKE OUR INEBRIATED FRIEND TO SLEEP OFF HIS STUPOR.

Panel 4. Zoom out further. From a rooftop, with binoculars, a SHADOWED FIGURE observes NICK and STOLTZ helping up a pie-eyed BILLY.

NICK: HERE.

NICK: YOU TAKE THE RIGHT SIDE.
