Page Summary: SKYLER is reluctant to join the heroes.

Panel 1. Wide Shot. The heroes are joined by security as they make their way backstage. Skyler and Stoltz are talking on the way. Skyler’s sleazy manager is trying to catch up to them.

SKYLER: IT’S OK, GUYS. THEY’RE WITH ME.

SECURITY GUY: MA’AM.

SKYLER: SO—OUT WITH IT.

STOLTZ: AS I WAS SAYING…

Panel 2. Zoom in. Skyler’s sleazy manager interrupts Skyler and Stoltz’s conversation.

MANAGER: SKYLER! WHAT THE HELL YOU DOIN’?

MANAGER: GET BACK OUT THERE AND FINISH THE SHOW!

SKYLER: BACK OFF, JIMMY! THIS IS IMPORTANT.

Panel 3. Medium Shot. Skyler confronts her sleazy manager. Who is pointing for her to get back to the stage.

MANAGER: WHAT’S IMPORTANT IS FOR YOU TO GET YOUR PRETTY LITTLE ASS BACK UP ON THAT STAGE.

SKYLER: IN A MINUTE, SLIMEBALL.

STOLTZ: NO!

Panel 4. Closer. Stoltz tells Skyler how bad of an idea that is.

STOLTZ: I’M AFRAID, YOUNG LADY, THAT’S OUT OF THE QUESTION.

STOLTZ: YOU MUSN’T SING. NOT YET ANYWAY.

SKYLER: AND WHY THE HELL NOT?

Panel 5. Another Angle. Stoltz continues to convince Skyler, as Billy and Nick look on.

STOLTZ: IT WOULD BE VERY BAD. THAT SHARD IN YOUR…

SKYLER: AH—I THINK I GET IT.
