We welcome to the cast, Detective Anita Eames.

When I say that I've been DYING to introduce you guys to her since I first created her, i really mean it. I'm quite happy we are finally at this point. The origin of her name, unlike Kellerman with Homicide, is an amalgam of two prominant female characters from Law & Order: Alex Eames and Anita Van Buren.

As for the character itself, all will be revealed as this goes on but her and Frank have been partners for over a year and while young and not as experianced as he is, she is VERY good and, as I think I've shown here (and will show in the coming pages), they get along very well.

Now, a cop with pink hair? Well, since she's so good they gave her a choice: it was either the hair or the piercings that had to go and she choose the latter–at least thats MY rational for it! hahaha.
