In the Macross saga the first installment of Robotech, we are introduced to Lynn Minmei a pop singing idol whose voice captivated the Zentreadi and caused many to defect to the Earth cause.
Thirty years later a singer named Lancer became a singing idol during the Invid occupation. The thing was he did it in disguise as a female impersonator under the alias of Yellow Dancer.
I theorised the possibility that in-between those two time periods its not impossible that Minmei might have been Lancers tutorer.
