Maybe it's because I call him Vic, but I really do hear Vic Mignogna's voice coming out of this character. Vic is a character I really wanted to get into the series a little bit earlier, but I decided to do the Tanuki story first. When you first saw him a few comics ago you're supposed to be unsure if he's a villain or not and I didn't wanna throw him into the comic right after Juichi. Essentially Vic's design is supposed to be a mix of Mad Scientist, Doctor Horrible and a stereotypical coffee barista.
