I hope it's clear enough in this part that Honey and Ginger are talking about an event prior to the beginning of the comic (they're not talking about the incident where Turps accidentally cut Honey with the knife - though that bit does have some significance in showing the way Turps deals with Honey being hurt/in pain (ie. he runs away)). What happened is totally OMGMAJOR… and kinda contoversial… O_O

There are quite a few uncomfortable topics in RC… I hope I can write them sympathetically and accurately and that they don't turn readers off. ^^; But basically, they're issues I don't see covered in comics much - like learning disabilities, the realistic connotations of being a young gay person, racism, long distance relationships… I've only covered the "mild" ones so far. Just wait until later… Sundae's personal story is like… woah. So is Bourbons for that matter… ahaha. And Jukebox's… and Sherbets's… *snort* I'll stop now. But this is just the tip of the RC's drama llama iceberg. X)

Ginger is like, twisting the knife in the wound here… your sister is crying! You're saying stuff that you think will protect her yet you're hurting her! Goddamit Ginger~! I don't have a sister so I don't know what it's like but if they're anything like brothers I guess they can be kinda annoying sometimes… D:
