Oh Drunk Duck, why have you done this? Why oh why oh why?
I'm going to be relocating RC - probably to Smack Jeeves - at some time very soon. I just can't be doing with the slow loading times DD has. I mean, does anyone else get that? How slow this place loads? I mean, I'm not on the fastest internet connection ever but still, browsing other webcomics is like lightening compared to my own. My plan is eventually to make my own website… but I really don't want to lose the community side of things that sites like this have. Don't get me wrong, I love the community here, but it's mainly other factors that are making my skin crawl. Wherever I end up you'll be the first to know.
But yes, with relocation comes… a new website! My top priority is to sort out fanarts… I've still got some floating around from long ago last year as well as some that got erased from DD when all my Private messages were deleted so I can't trace them up…
So basically if you've EVER done a fanart for me please resend it in any way that is conveniant for you~! PLUS, of course, there is the book printing coming up soon so if you pop your fanarts over to me I can start seeing which ones I can feature in the book! :)
God, work keeps me so busy. Urghgh. I'm moving out though! Woo! And I've got two ball joint dolls on their way to me~ Double woo! Once I've moved I should, in theory, be able to get more done on the comics side of things. Presently, as well as working, I'm usually cooking all the meals in this house too which eats up a huge portion of my free time (you try cooking for five people quickly - it's not possible XD). So yey, I can't wait for that. My own room and my own bed back. *_* A double bed! Aaaah. I'll be able to stretch out and draw~~~ *excited* I'm getting a new desk too - no more tripping over my printer!
Waa, the page~ I like Jukebox. XD I know she won't be a popular character but I don't care - I always think if I can invoke some sort of emotion in people through my characters, be it love or hate, then I'm doing my job right. :) But yes, the Juke + Sundae relationship is one I can't wait to explore a bit more - they're like a married couple; he's the trodden on hubby and she's the dominatrix ball-cracking wife. XD She's the only person Sundae really submits to… There's a good story behind it all and I can't wait to get my teeth into it. X3
