I seriously have a pirate hat. Japan is frickin' awesome. I've found the most random things there, but I didn't come across that many people with pirate hats, especially the Mickey Sparrow ones.. Maybe they didn't want to be mistaken for tourists. Maybe they knew that most people with them on were frowned upon by society.. Ah, who knows.
Children smile at you a lot when you walk down the street with a Minnie Mouse bow or Mickey Sparrow pirate hat. I love it.
