Introducing Hana-chan!

Crayon Shin-chan… if you have never seen it, it is funnier than all get out! But, the first few times can be shocking! I mean he shows his butt and his…. well…. little boy parts!
Here in Japan, I guess "they" figure if it is a cartoon, that does not intend to be sexual, it is OK !?!?!? But still shocking!
