Yes… It seems that Japan in one of the first to track, and punish illegal file sharing! (any file not made or coppy wrote by the person uploading it) don't be suprised if it comes to your contry next!!!

(^O^) When I heard the news, I could just picture some computer otakus burning pirate outfits….

I only spent 5 minutes surching for this story (here) but I know that there are more out there!!
