Look it's that NHK guy again!

This comic goes with the NHK comic I did on Monday, and a comment/PQ from EvilCowSlayer… If every TV owner is required to pay a TV licence fee, it would put cell phone companies out of business. Almost every cell phone bought in Japan today has a TV!!!

The other day I did a comic on NHK, click on my NHK comicto see…
on that note EvilCowSlayer left a comment to show me that it is accually a LAW to pay NHK… I have since looked at a few dozzen web sites to gather info… here you can learn about NHK… now to me (coming from America) it would be wrong for the government to make a law that people must pay a private company monthly television licence fees… after years of this "unlawful" law, many people felt the way I do. NHK is not government run, so why pay?
Well the Japanese government must not any law suites, look towards the bottom of the page here.
