*Pushing the "E" rating to it's limits… again, I live in a country that… well… is very contradicting at times. Japan has no problem with having sex in comic books that children can easily get, nudity in children's cartoons, big sets on fox-dog statues, and even shocking public festivals… So, for the simple reason of location, I feel comfortable with the "E" rating!
Japan has many great and strange festivals…. Many a gaijin calls this lovely mass fertility blessing "the Phallus festival" or "the pinus festival". The shocking part is not the almost 15 foot member… it would have to be 2 totally different things, 1st, the products that are sold… all in the shape of manly members. 2nd, the amount of males that want to touch, stroke, and set on the giant blessed members… *shivers* There are many Internet pages that will let you know about this festival, just Google, Yahoo, or whatever "phallus festival", and you will get many to choose from.
* Raw Fish was a finalist in the "best humor" category… and the winner is Last Place Comics !!! If you guys have not read this comic…. go now!!!
