The Japanese has 4 writing types, Kanji, Hiragana, Katakana, and Romaji. In an everyday news paper one would find the first three in any given article, yes together. Now Romanji is the newest of the four. It uses the "English" alphabet to write out Japanese… most Japaneses people ONLY use this type of writing for cell phone email writing, and on most computers to type. The person will type the words in the English alphabet, and it changes to the wanted Kanji, Hiragana, or Katakana with the space bar and enter key… Now that I have confused myself…
