There is a city named Obama here in Japan. Ever since Sen. Obama threw in his hat in to the presidential race, the city Obama has been milking off the name… Posters, stickers, T-shirts, banners, and even food packaging. I would not have a problem if the city's people could actually vote for the man, but they can not… so this upsets me… not because of my preference for the presidency, but because of the residents of Obama Japan's lack of knowledge, they "love" him because of his name…. not what he has done or what he might do. read some news stories about Obama Japan's infatuation with Obama here and here
