April fools.... or not

Hello!!!!
New in Tokyo and it's majority of stations are now non smoking … I know that Japan is trying to catch up to the rest of the world with it's compliance for cleaner cities, and healthier people…
but why implement things on April fools day!!!!

Very busy, and regrettably no time for individual replies…. I will make up for that next comic!!
