I live in Fussa, Tokyo… the city that has one of the largest non-Japanese population outside of the 23 wards of Tokyo (central). Yokota AB is here in Fussa. And with out fail, I'm asked at least 3 times a month by a cop, to see my passport…
Last night on my way from work to the station, with a beer in hand, I crossed the street not in a cross walk… and I get to the other side to see a bike cop coming towards me… I thought I was in big trouble….
