Japanese people, men, women, young and old alike, turn to screaming mi-mis' whenever a cockroach scurries by… my rule of thumb is; if it is smaller than my foot, it can die!
Had a good laugh at the station yesterday, watching grown men and women leaping out of the way of a black and brown glossy little garbage crawler ran past…

Thanks for all the good wishes with my back trouble!! It seemed to work! I'm at about 80% today, a very tolerable level to be at!!
