Shippu, pronounced she-pooh, is widely used here, can be found in every drugstore, convenience stores, and supermarkets nation wide. I have no clue if the states have them, but I did not see any when I lived there. Just as effective as Bengay, but easier to use. *my mom sent me some mints in the last package that she sent, Yuki wanted to try one… knowing darn well that she does not like mint, I gave her one… just watching her face turn inside out was worth the price of her yelling at me…

TFS many of the Japanese people see bowling as the professionals do, competitive, I've been here for over 13 years now, been bowling 4 times… many don't see it as a recreational sport, or something to do for fun…
