Harajuku has some strange folks, but as per capita, Akihabara takes the cake, it has many cafe's geared twards "otakus" so you will find many many people in "cosplay" attire, here are some strange picts of Akihabara enjoy!!!

TFS I'm a strange one… I will drink one soda all day while at work, the warm room temperature does not bother me… but I ONLY use the plastic re-capble bottles, because the same happened to me…
