Let's hear it for Japanese police…. biggest waste in taxes ever!!!
They have different divisions like the rest of the world, but if a traffic cop sees a fight, he will not do anything!! If a crowd control police sees something other than his specific job, he does nothing!!
But they all seem to break the "not my job rule" when it comes to border patrol….
can you tell I'm bitter about being asked to show my papers every week!!!!
