Who Watches The Watchmen?

For some reason I kept hearing the 80's song "I always fell like, somebody's watching me." When drawing this one.

Not much to report. Bought the Only Living Witness re-issues last week and listened to it a lot when doing this strip. Good 90's hard rock with a foot in the Boston hardcore scene.
