Heavy metal, particularly real extreme metal is a primarily male dominated genre. In case you lived under a rock or something. The title is a reference to Skid Row, who got off the plane before a big fest in Moscow in the early 90's. When they were greeted by the Russian military one of the band members asked "where are all the screaming chicks?"
