Look a Tuesday update. I have already started this week’s second strip. I really do think I will be back on track with this thing.

I like this strip and think the rest of this storyline is a pretty good one. I think there are some real funny gags ahead, as well as some art challenges. This storyline directly sets up the next one and there are some things that could have repercussions on the “Rebound Universe” way down the line.

I just picked up the new Baroness album. Very cool stuff. Not sure how the characterize it. There are a lot post-hardcore elements ala Neurosis and Isis, but there are also some nods to stoner rock and even the band Mastadon. Their lead singer, guitarist John Dyer Baizley is also are really cool artist. Some great looking stuff, including a load of album covers,

I also got Hacride’s latest. Very cool, slightly experimental metal. Some songs are very melodic, while others are crushing.
