Um, I hope you guys (or gals) like boobs. I notice a ton of strips where the female's chest is more a character than the woman they are attached to. In some ways this strip is skewering that, in others it is a look at body image as only poor Mindy likes being "Barbie-ized". It was also a chance to draw big boobs and see if they boost the popularity. Yeah, I'm kind of a whore.
