So for those of you scoring at home: Rogie's mom seduced the Canadian women's team so that they would have to forfeit.

As for her monologue it was established way back when that Rogie and his mom moved to America (Rebound takes place in Arizona) from Canada. It has also been established that Rogie's dad became his "other mom".

As for the rest? It is foreshadowing for a storyline that will run in the WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY far future.
