And away we go…

Scott A. Williams here, writing from th year 2008; a year and a half after this page went live on DrunkDuck, and a long seven whole years since I first drew it. The original Sensational 7 comic was a test I put myself through at the age of 14 to see if I could actually draw a full-length comic. The result looks basically like garbage and I was far from refining the techniques that would take me from "shitty, awful artist" to "acceptable, below-average artist." The writing was also not as good as I eventually feel I've gotten, but practice makes perfect.

So I started with something simple. An easy, direct Silver-Age superhero spoof copied almost directly at times from Fantastic Four #1.
