SAW 2008: So here we meet Rodent. As we will admit to anybody who looks at us funny, Sewerman started as a take-off of Ninja Turtles (kinda like Battletoads) but since the basic premise is different enough only a few elements - ninjas, the sewer, a rodent mentor and a new reporter - remain.

Starting with panel 2 I seem to be making it my mission to establish my worst artwork right out of the gate. Like, If I ever became a decent artist it had nothing to do with what I did on this page, except maybe if I decided to do the opposite.

Torg-O's: another Manos reference! That's just the tip of the iceberg, kids!

The distracting side-gag of choice on this page is of course a photo of Michael J. Fox with a white ribbon, I guess to signify Parkinson's? Actually a White ribbon signifies violence against women, so I guess I wanted Michael J.'s husband to stop abusing him.
