2-15: Reg's Info Dossier (Why you frontin, son?)

It's important to balance out plot-or character-advancing comics like the last one, with less active, joke-based ones like this. to me, anyway.

When I decided there was stuff about these characters that wouldn't get said in dialogue, I devised the info dossier premise to introduce the bullies to the readers. how much of it Reg knows is debatable.

Maybe because it amuses me, like I wanted to base it on the Sweathogs from Welcome Back Kotter (likely) but it's no accident this gang is multi-ethnic.

I got in exactly one real fight in high school. The guy grabbed me exactly the same thing Rodriguez says: "Why you frontin'?" I had no idea what he meant, but it stuck.

Oddly enough, Reg wasn't even in that panel originally, but when I saw the giant blank space at the bottom corner I realized, "Wait, Reg goes there!" I like the size difference between the two. It's pretty dynamic.
