Intermission 1: Page 4: The Darker Side

Next week will be the title page for chapter two and then we'll just jump into chapter two the following week. I will be expanding upon the framing story (the intermissions with adult Felicity), but I wanted to complete a full part of the story before I did that. I cut off the first story at the middle part of the second act. There's a lot more to this story and I didn't want to get bogged down in the present since the first chapter ended on a cliffhanger.

That being said, I hope to get to know adult Felicity, one of her coworkers, and her students a little bit more in subsequent intermissions. The second one will probably be about a half of a chapter or so in length based on what I wrote for the novel.
