Intermission 2: Page 8: Class Start

Part-exposition, part-Felicity trying to assure her kids her makeshift magical gym is safe.

So…Felicity has 12 kids in her class, but when I wrote the book and started the comic, I decided I would not bog down the reader with her whole class (and I was being lazy). Instead, I chose to focus on four students. The rest, you probably won't see, except as background characters. I think I showed the back of the head of one and I've shown details of the girl who sits behind Bruce, but that's about it.

Speaking of her students, I want to be clear: I think I named the blonde guy Sam in the book, forgetting that I named him Richard for the comic. If you see him being called "Sam" at any point, it's not his real name. It's Richard. Sam might be his middle name. I don't know. And I may have called Bruce "Paul" at one point because I tend to recycle names. It's Bruce.

And poor Tanisha. I've flip flopped on the spelling of her name several times and I don't know what I've used in the past, but from here on, it's Tanisha…not Taneesha. That's just overly complicated if it's Taneesha. Besides, I'm not sure if Taneesha is a real name, but I'm pretty sure Tanisha is.
