Ch 4: Page 8: Wand Safety

I’ve always heard people with gun safety say that a gun is always loaded, even if it’s not when it comes to handling them; especially if someone else loaded it. And I’ve tried to live by this rule the few times I do go out shooting with friends.

I haven’t, on the other hand, practiced that with airsoft guns. I’ve accidentally shot my friends at pretty close range with airsoft guns and I’ve shot myself point blank with a spring loaded rifle. Stupid stuff I wouldn’t do with real guns, I swear. I thought I was going to press the trigger and it would click. I’ve done that with Nerf guns. I pointed it at my hand, not knowing there was one BB left in there and that stung so bad. Nothing permanent, but I learned my lesson.

As for Lauren’s comment in the third panel, when I played the first Life is Strange game, I confused Max and Chloe’s…female bromance (not sure what that’s called) as them flirting with each other and I wanted them to hook up by the end of the game. I decided I wanted to replicate some of that with Felicity and Lauren. Both are hetero, but they have some playful banter.
